Winter fitness/skiing tips!

Our client, sailing star Hannah Mills, shares some of her winter fitness and skiing tips:

  • Take hand warmers! If you are anything like me, this will be a lifesaver!
  • On a budget? Bring a small rucksack and take snacks and a flask to avoid heavy prices at the slope cafes.
  • Before you head to the slopes, make sure you focus at least a month before in the gym - working on your glutes, quads and calf muscles. It really will give you a far more enjoyable trip!

Video content is key

Video content is becoming increasingly popular on Facebook as all videos currently play automatically while the user is scrolling through their news feed. On average, a person watches 15 minutes of video on Facebook each day. Recently, we've created some dynamic videos for our client UKSA to accompany our ongoing case study series with them on social media. These videos sum up each case study message in a short, square video. Check out an example here: https://goo.gl/cjYurw
